About the Book
The Heart That Forgives is the first collaborative work presented by Best Selling Author, Danielle N. Hall. In this book, the contributing authors tapped into their vulnerability and revealed raw experiences that readers can both be inspired by and relate to: from forgiving oneself, to forgiving others, and to forgiving God. The ultimate goal of this work is to help ignite a forgiveness movement where captives experience healing and restoration and are set free from the bondage of lack of forgiveness.
“Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually].” 3 John 1:2 (AMP)
Elliott “E.T.” Armstrong is a dreamer who has a vivid imagination and an animated way of telling a story. A native Carolinian, E.T. grew up alongside his younger sister. Though he had no brothers, he would find himself joining the brotherhood known as Kappa Alpha Psi during his college years. That process taught him much about perseverance and endurance, which are necessary in the Christian journey. To also help him along his journey, E.T. regularly listens to the teachings of Dr. Tony Evans and has recently signed up for his training center to increase his learning.
Professionally, he practices as a chiropractor and has been doing so for over 20 years. At a young age, E.T. would find himself having to recover from a motor vehicle accident that significantly impacted him. Chiropractic treatment became part of his recovery journey from injuries sustained. It would later become a motivation behind his career. As a former football player, he enjoys treating patients with sports injuries. He also takes joy in treating traumatic injuries to include auto accident and work related injuries. E.T. is dedicated to helping his patients achieve a pain free body.
E.T.’s creativity in thought was penned in his solo book published in the summer of 2012. “Pieces of a Man” is a compilation of over 200 pages of poems and short stories intended to stimulate the mind and pull on heart strings. Aside from becoming a published author and a practicing chiropractor who has been taking care of patients for over two decades, one of his greatest accomplishments is being a proud, devoted father. It is E.T.’s desire to become more and more like his Heavenly Father each day.
