Rashieda is the proud mother of Daniel, a college student-athlete and they are members of The Remnant of Hope International Church. She honors her mother and father, George Meyers, Jr. as great teachers of life lessons such as, “Seek to give unconditional love, spirit knows spirit and everything that comes up does not have to come out!”
Rashieda lives by the scripture, Nehemiah 8:10 “...for the JOY of the LORD is your strength!”
Rashieda D. Addison, B.A., MSCIA
Rashieda D. Addison was raised by her mother Kathy Addison-Henderson and is the second eldest of four children, Donald, Maurice, and Samantha. Rashieda holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education-English and a master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment. She began her career in her hometown Detroit, Michigan prior to relocating to Maryland. 40 years ago, Rashieda joined the Rose of Sharon COGIC and has a lifetime membership.
Currently, Rashieda serves as an assistant principal and adjunct faculty member in the DMV.
