About the Book

The Heart That Forgives is the first collaborative work presented by Best Selling Author, Danielle N. Hall. In this book, the contributing authors tapped into their vulnerability and revealed raw experiences that readers can both be inspired by and relate to: from forgiving oneself, to forgiving others, and to forgiving God. The ultimate goal of this work is to help ignite a forgiveness movement where captives experience healing and restoration and are set free from the bondage of lack of forgiveness.

“Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually].” 3 John 1:2 (AMP)

Janice Bennett

Elder Janice Bennett is a native of Washington, DC. She is the youngest daughter born to Ray and Juanita Bennett.  Elder Janice received her education in both the parochial and DC public school system.  She has been a registered nurse for 41 years and she relocated to Houston Texas where she is currently  Director of Nursing for a hospice provider.

Elder Janice is a graduate of Calvary Bible Institute. and wants to pursue  her Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Leadership.

She was raised in the admonition of the Lord but wandered for over 20 years in the wilderness of disobedience and addiction.  She rededicated her life to Christ in 1993 and continued to live a life or carnality until her complete surrender to our Lord and Savior in 2007.  God has done a quick work and she was ordained to the ministry in 2010.

She is a member of Jesus Christ Holiness Church where she actively serves in ministry.  God has entrusted her with Withered Hand Ministry.  A ministry dedicated to those who want to do and be all that the Lord has called them to but find themselves “stuck” as she once was. She sits under and submits to the authority and leadership of Pastor Laquantus Broussard.

Elder Janice has a love for the lost, the bound, and the brokenhearted.  One of her most favorite scriptures is  1 Timothy  1: 15-16 “The saying is sure and worthy of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the foremost. But for that very reason I received mercy, so that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display the utmost patience, making me an example to those who would come to believe in him for eternal life.”

Elder  Janice often says and believes she went through so you don’t have to……
